Objective To explore the relationship betweenUSC’s clinicopathological characteristics and prognostic factors.
Method Medical and pathological records of USC from 2004 to 2014 were collected at thirteen hospitals of China.
Result (1) 3-year survival rate, DFSR and RR are 76.8%, 46.8% and 27.7%, 5-year survival rate is 73.3%. (2) Patients with CA125≥35U/ml, CA199≥37U/ml, stage III - IV, depth of myoinvasion≥1/2, adnexal involvement, positive lymph nodes, positive peritoneal cytology and without lymphadenectomy have lower 3-year DFSR (P<0.05), and higher RR(P<0.05). In addition to the above factors, cervical stromal invasion is related to MR(P<0.05). (3)Positive peritoneal cytology was associated with 3-year DFSR(HR 2.646; 95% CI, 1.310-5.346; P=0.007), RR(HR, 3.382; 95% CI, 1.610-7.106; P=0.001) and MR(HR, 3.424; 95% CI, 1.165-10.060; P=0.025).
Conclusions Prognostic related factors are CA125, CA199, lymphadenectomy, stage, depth of myoinvasion, adnexal involvement, peritoneal cytology, lymphnode status. Peritoneal cytology had an independent in?uence on both survival and recurrence.
